SHIPPING

Shipping is done through USPS , UPS , Ascendia &  Canada Post

Items will be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving payments.

All Items will come with Tracking 

 

Store Policy

For our shops protection and our own, we cannot be responsible for any injuries that may occur to yourself or your pet from our products, or the installation process. It is up to you, as a responsible pet owner, to decide which items are most suitable and safe for your pet.

Each item is made to order and will not have the same graining in the wood as the item in the photos. (means the lines in the wood will be different)

The hole patterns on our tunnels and houses may be different then that in the ad. If you want a specific pattern please me know. :)
